It almost takes longer to say Delicious caramel tasting, three ingredient Coconut Sugar Cheesecake than it does to make it. The coconut sugar gives this the most wonderful flavor, like no other cheesecake you have tasted.
For birthdays, special occasions and any-other time I get together with friends and work associates, this cheesecake is the requested dessert.
Three Ingredient Cheesecake2 pounds Cream Cheese, softened 1 cup canned coconut sugar 4 eggs preheat oven to 325°F open a 10 inch spring form pan, line bottom with parchment paper oil sides line sides with parchment also, makes for no cracking of top beat together cream cheese and coconut sugar till creamy add eggs one at a time just till blended pour mixture into pan bake 40 minutes and turn off oven leave cheese cake in oven for three hours or so as the oven cools refrigerate at-least 3 hours or over night remove spring form side and paper around cheese cake turn cheesecake over onto your hand (move fingers wide apart as support) and remove bottom and paper (it will not stick or break) put on serving plate keep leftovers in the refrigerator
