Gluten-free Pancakes made with Almonds, Quinoa and Bananas.2/3 cup almond meal 2/3 cup Quinoa flour 1 smaller banana 2 eggs 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil 3/4 cup water 1 tablespoon coconut sugar 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Measure the ingredients and put in a blender or food processor and blend till smooth.
Pour onto a hot griddle and cook till done.
Monday’s Recipe will be something I have made in the last week or occasionally a requested recipe by a friend. Always nice to have something different to try, especially when they are made with healthy ingredients. It really doesn’t, in most instances, take much if any added time to cook from scratch.
